Oklahoma High School Basketball - Colcord holds off Commerce
February 5, 2019: Commerce, OK 74339 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Colcord Hornets (Colcord, OK) and the host Commerce Tigers (Commerce, OK), saw Colcord's basketball squad hold off Commerce by a tally of 44-40.
With the victory, Colcord improves its record to 3-12 on the campaign. The Hornets host Fairland (Fairland, OK) to confront the Owls in a Lucky Seven challenge on Friday, February 8. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Fairland won 52-35 in their recent league challenge against Afton (Afton, OK)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Afton Eagles (Afton, OK) in a Lucky Seven challenge, on Tuesday, February 12. Commerce will attempt to improve on its 11-11 season record.
