Maryland High School Basketball - Perry Hall edges Poly
January 11, 2016: Baltimore, MD 21209 The Perry Hall Gators (Baltimore, MD) basketball nipped the host Poly Engineers (Baltimore, MD), 61-59 in Monday's non-league test.
The Gators (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Owings Mills (Owings Mills, MD). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Owings Mills got by Patapsco (Baltimore, MD), 69-53, in a league test.
The Engineers now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Digital Harbor for a Baltimore City Division I test on Tuesday, January 12. Poly will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 60-58 league win over Patterson (Baltimore, MD). The Rams record now stands at 1-7.
