February 12, 2019: Piasa, IL 62079 In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Hillsboro Hiltoppers basketball team scored a good 49-40 triumph over the Southwestern Piasa Birds.
In their next game, the Hiltoppers meet the Litchfield Purple Panthers (Litchfield, IL) in a South Central match, on Friday, February 15. Hillsboro will attempt to move on its 17-12 season record. The Purple Panthers enter the match with a 18-9 record after their 65-54 league loss to Greenville (Greenville, IL).
With the defeat, Southwestern moves to 9-17 on the year. The Piasa birds host Carlinville (Carlinville, IL) to meet the Cavaliers in a South Central match on Friday, February 15. The Cavaliers enter the match with a record of 7-22. Carlinville lost 53-41 in their recent league match against Roxana (Roxana, IL)
