In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Coosa Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Central Lions.

The Eagles (24-7) will now prepare for their battle against Callaway (Hogansville, GA). The Cavaliers come into the non-league battle with a 4-16 record. In their last battle, Callaway achieved victory over Valley (Valley, AL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
