June 3, 2015: Norwood, MO 65717 The Norwood Pirates baseball team (Norwood, MO), was overwhelmed 15-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the visiting New Bloomfield Wildcats (New Bloomfield, MO)
The Wildcats now hold a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valle Catholic for a non-league outing on Thursday, June 4. New Bloomfield will confront a Warriors team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over West Platte (Weston, MO). The Warriors record now stands at 29-5.
With the defeat, Norwood falls to 19-9 on the season.
