December 13, 2008: Amber, OK 73004 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Amber-Pocasset Panthers (Amber, OK) basketball squad edged the visiting Healdton Bulldogs (Healdton, OK), by a count of 31-30.
The Panthers (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Union City (Union City, OK). The Tigers go into the Grady County outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Union City was tipped by Minco (Minco, OK), 66-58, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now hold a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Marietta for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 16. Healdton will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 45-37 non-league loss to Callisburg (Gainesville, TX). The Indians record now stands at 1-4.
