New Mexico High School Football - Santa Fe drops to Los Alamos
September 12, 2008: Santa Fe, NM 87505 In Friday's non-league game, the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) football team knocked off the host Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM), by a score of 50-27.
The Hilltoppers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Silver (Silver City, NM). The Fighting Colts come into the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Silver was dropped by Onate (Las Cruces, NM), 55-26, in a non-league game.
The Demons now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gallup for a non-league game on Friday, September 19. Santa Fe will battle a Bengals team coming off a 56-7 non-league loss to Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Bengals record now stands at 1-2.
