Utah High School Basketball - Wasatch prevails South Summit
December 8, 2010: Kamas, UT 84036 Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host South Summit Wildcats (Kamas, UT), 62-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wasatch upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Wasps travel to Timpview (Provo, UT) to encounter the Thunderbirds in a non-league bout on Friday, December 10. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Timpview lost 62-53 in their recent non-league bout against Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT)
Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Park City Miners (Park City, UT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 10. South Summit will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Miners go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 72-71 non-league win over Bear River (Garland, UT).
