Howe Bulldogs (Howe, TX) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the host Lindsay Knights (Lindsay, TX), 40-14 in a non-league test.

With the win, Howe improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Ponder (Ponder, TX) to confront the Lions in a non-league test on Friday, September 18. The Lions go into the test with a record of 2-1. Ponder won 20-12 in their recent non-league test against Nocona (Nocona, TX)

With the loss, Lindsay moves to 2-1 on the season. The Knights host Muenster (Muenster, TX) to confront the Hornets in a 2A-2 Region III District 9 test on Friday, September 25. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 2-1.
