New Jersey High School Basketball - Trenton Central holds off Marist
December 27, 2017: Bayonne, NJ 07002 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Trenton Central Tornadoes (Trenton, NJ) and the host Marist Royal Knights (Bayonne, NJ), saw Trenton Central's basketball squad hold off Marist by a tally of 63-61.
With the victory, Trenton Central improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Port Richmond (Staten Island, NY) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 3-4.
Next up, the Royal Knights confront the Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Marist will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
