September 16, 2011: Lancaster, PA 17601 The Ephrata Mountaineers football team (Ephrata, PA), was beaten 17-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Conestoga Valley Buckskins (Lancaster, PA)
The Buckskins (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Garden Spot (New Holland, PA). The Spartans come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 2 challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Garden Spot achieved victory over Warwick (Lititz, PA), 47-22, in a non-league challenge.
The Mountaineers now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manheim Township for a Lancaster-Lebanon 1 challenge on Friday, September 23.
