Nebraska High School Basketball - Superior fells Red Cloud

Superior Wildcats (Superior, NE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Red Cloud Warriors (Red Cloud, NE), 30-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Superior upgrades its record to 18-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Lawrence-Nelson (Nelson, NE) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Friday, February 12. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 13-5.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Kenesaw Blue Devils (Kenesaw, NE) in a D1 District 7 bout, on Tuesday, February 9. Red Cloud will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 13-5 record after their 63-38 league loss to Deshler (Deshler, NE).
