Georgia High School Basketball - Cedartown holds off Sonoraville
November 22, 2016: Cedartown, GA 30125 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA) and the visiting Sonoraville Phoenix (Calhoun, GA), saw Cedartown's basketball squad hold off Sonoraville by a tally of 47-41.
With the victory, Cedartown improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Rome (Rome, GA) to confront the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 26. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Rome won 79-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Shiloh (Snellville, GA)
Next up, the Phoenix confront the Cartersville Hurricanes (Cartersville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 29. Sonoraville will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
