The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Rio Americano nudged Roseville (Roseville, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Game Summary
Pleasant Grove starts slow but pours it on in the second half with five goals to beat Elk Grove handily. Player of the game Mikey Hirsch #10 led the Eagles with three goals and two assists. Next week will present the challenge of back to back games against Rio Americano and Lincoln of Stockton. The Eagles are ready with their new found offense and continued strong defense.
