Kentucky High School Basketball - St. Francis ripped by Oldham County
December 11, 2009: Buckner, KY 40010 The Oldham County Colonels basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting St. Francis Wyverns to 14 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Friday.
The Colonels now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Bullitt for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 12. Oldham County will meet a Eagles team coming off a 44-36 league loss to Fairdale (Fairdale, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
The Wyverns (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Louisville Collegiate (Louisville, KY). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Louisville Collegiate was routed by Wolfe County (Campton, KY), 51-46, in a non-league contest.
