Texas High School Basketball - Saginaw fells Dow
February 14, 2017: Saginaw, TX 76131 Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Dow Chargers (Midland, MI), 53-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Saginaw upgrades its record to 12-17 on the season. The Rough Riders travel to Aledo (Aledo, TX) to clash with the Bearcats in a 5A Region I District 6 bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 9-18.
Next up, the Chargers clash with the Bay City Western Warriors (Auburn, MI) in a Saginaw Valley - North bout, on Friday, February 17. Dow will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 51-37 league loss to Arthur Hill (Saginaw, MI).
