Oklahoma High School Basketball - Depew tipped by Stroud
December 13, 2016: Stroud, OK 74079 The Stroud Tigers basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Depew Hornets to 62 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host McLoud for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Stroud will meet a Redskins team coming off a 72-24 non-league loss to Perkins-Tryon (Perkins, OK). The Redskins record now stands at 2-5.
The Hornets (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Mounds (Mounds, OK). The Golden Eagles enter the Frisco contest with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Mounds nipped Wellston (Wellston, OK), 69-50, in a non-league challenge.
