Kentucky High School Basketball - Warren County falls to Franklin-Simpson
December 27, 2009: Franklin, KY 42134 The Franklin-Simpson Wildcats basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Warren County Pioneers to 31 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Wildcats now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Green County for a non-league contest on Monday, December 28. Franklin-Simpson will confront a Dragons team coming off a 51-41 non-league loss to Bullitt East (Mt. Washington, KY). The Dragons record now stands at 5-4.
The Pioneers (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY). The enter the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Muhlenberg County lost by Bullitt East (Mt. Washington, KY), 61-36, in a non-league contest.
