The Spring Valley Timberwolves football team (Huntington, WV), was ripped 40-6 in Friday's league challenge with the host Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV)

The Highlanders (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilson (Beckley, WV). The Flying Eagles come into the Mountain State challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Wilson trounced Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV), 52-35, in a non-league challenge.

The Timberwolves now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host South Charleston for a Mountain State challenge on Thursday, September 12.
