California High School Basketball - Immanuel can't hold off Selma
January 12, 2018: Reedley, CA 93654 The Selma Bears basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Immanuel Eagles to 67 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunnyside for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Selma will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 62-20 league win over Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-10.
The Eagles (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Edison (Fresno, CA). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Edison was nudged by San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno, CA), 74-63, in a league contest.
