Michigan High School Basketball - Freeland trounces North Branch
January 27, 2011: Freeland, MI 48623 The Freeland Falcons (Freeland, MI) basketball crushed the visiting North Branch Broncos (North Branch, MI), 76-29 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Falcons (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI). The Vikings go into the Tri-Valley - Central test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Swan Valley walloped Garber (Essexville, MI), 45-22, in a non-league test.
The Broncos now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Carrollton for a non-league test on Monday, January 31. North Branch will clash with a Cavaliers squad coming off a 51-11 league win over Merrill (Merrill, MI). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-1.
