Ohio High School Basketball - Centennial ripped by Bishop Watterson
January 14, 2017: Columbus, OH 43220 The Bishop Watterson Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Centennial Stars to 28 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Albany for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Bishop Watterson will meet a Eagles team coming off a 62-52 league loss to Canal Winchester (Canal Winchester, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 6-8.
The Stars (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Linden-McKinley (Columbus, OH). The Panthers enter the Columbus City - North contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Linden-McKinley was routed by Beechcroft (Columbus, OH), 71-69, in a league contest.
