The Lafayette Generals football team (Lexington, KY), was ripped 43-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY)

The Broncos (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Madison Central (Richmond, KY). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Madison Central trounced Madison Southern (Berea, KY), 47-15, in a non-league challenge.

The Generals now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Archbishop Moeller for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 14. Lafayette will meet a Fighting Crusaders team coming off a 10-7 non-league loss to Scott County (Georgetown, KY). The Fighting Crusaders record now stands at 2-1.
