September 24, 2010: Eldersburg, MD The Central Maryland Christian Crusaders Crusaders football team (Eldersburg, MD), was beaten 32-24 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Model School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC)
The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against California School for the Deaf (Riverside, CA). The Cubs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, California School for the Deaf was beaten by Hamilton (Anza, CA), 43-22, in a league challenge.
The Crusaders now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Mary's Ryken for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 1. Central Maryland Christian Crusaders will meet a team coming off a 34-20 non-league loss to St. Albans (Washington, DC). The record now stands at 1-4.
