California High School Basketball - Lincoln nips Dorsey
December 19, 2016: Los Angeles, CA 90016 Lincoln Abes (Tacoma, WA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Dorsey Dons (Los Angeles, CA), 79-73 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lincoln upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Abes travel to St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 2-0. St. Joseph won 73-64 in their recent non-league bout against Serra (Gardena, CA)
Next up, the Dons play the Highland Bulldogs (Palmdale, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Dorsey will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record.
