In Saturday's league contest, the Rivers Red Wings (Weston, MA) lacrosse squad edged the host Thayer Academy Tigers (Braintree, MA), by a count of 13-12.

Coming up next, the Red Wings confront the Brooks (North Andover, MA) in a Independent Schools contest, on Wednesday, April 18. Rivers will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The come into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 10-6 league win over Milton Academy (Milton, MA).
