The Clemens Buffaloes basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Lockhart Lions to 39 in the Buffaloes league triumph on Friday.

The Buffaloes now sport a 8-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hays for a 4A Region IV District 27 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Clemens will confront a Rebels team coming off a 48-30 league loss to Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 15-14.

Next up, the Lions play the Hays Rebels (Buda, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 27 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Lockhart will attempt to upgrade on its 1-24 season record.
