November 4, 2016: North Versailles, PA 15137 The East Allegheny Wild Cats football team (North Versailles, PA), was beaten 38-21 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Freedom Area Bulldogs (Freedom, PA)
The Bulldogs (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside (Ellwood City, PA). The Panthers come into the WPIAL 2A 2 challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Riverside achieved victory over Avonworth (Pittsburgh, PA), 42-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Wild Cats now sport a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chestnut Ridge for a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 5. East Allegheny will meet a Lions team coming off a 35-21 league win over Tyrone (Tyrone, PA). The Lions record now stands at 7-3.
