Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Leflore County Tigers (Itta Bena, MS) and the visiting Palmer Dragons (Marks, MS), saw Leflore County's basketball squad hold off Palmer by a count of 61-60.

With the victory, Leflore County upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to J.Z. George (North Carrollton, MS) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 17. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. J.Z.
