California High School Softball - Trabuco Hills bounces Capistrano Valley
May 9, 2011: Mission Viejo, CA 92692 Trabuco Hills Mustangs (Mission Viejo, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Capistrano Valley Cougars (Mission Viejo, CA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now own a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mission Viejo for a South Coast challenge on Wednesday, May 11. Trabuco Hills will battle a Diablos squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Diablos record now stands at 14-12.
With the loss, Capistrano Valley falls to 6-18 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to San Clemente (San Clemente, CA) to clash with the Tritons in a Sea View game on Wednesday, May 11. The Tritons come into the game with a record of 13-9. San Clemente lost 13-8 in their recent league game against Aliso Niguel (Aliso Viejo, CA)
