November 10, 2009: Burbank, CA 91501 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Bellarmine-Jefferson Guards (Burbank, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Duarte Falcons (Duarte, CA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Guards battle the Santa Clara Saints (Oxnard, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, November 12. Bellarmine-Jefferson will attempt to better on its 16-8 season record. The Saints go into the contest with a 11-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Holy Family (Glendale, CA).
With the loss, Duarte moves to 12-10 on the year.
