Galileo Lions (San Francisco, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Oceana Sharks (Pacifica, CA), 28-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Galileo upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Jefferson (Daly City, CA) to encounter the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Sharks encounter the Wallenberg Bulldogs (San Francisco, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Oceana will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
