California High School Basketball - Temecula Prep ripped by Coronado

The Coronado Islanders basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Temecula Prep Patriots to 26 in the Islanders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Islanders now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mission Hills for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 29. Coronado will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 53-36 non-league win over Fairmont Prep (Anaheim, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 5-6.

The Patriots (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Packinghouse Christian Academy (Redlands, CA). The Bears enter the Majestic contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Packinghouse Christian Academy was routed by Public Safety Academy (San Bernardino, CA), 44-11, in a league contest.
