The Sherwood Warriors nudged the host Blake Bengals baseball team by a tally of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Warriors now hold a 16-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitman for a non-league bout on Monday, May 9.

Next, the Bengals face the Quince Orchard Cougars (Gaithersburg, MD) in a Montgomery County 3A/2A bout, on Thursday, May 5. Blake will attempt to advance on its 9-4 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 13-4 record after their 14-2 non-league win over Northwest (Germantown, MD).
