In Thursday's league match, the visiting Oakmont Vikings basketball team scored a decisive 68-37 triumph over the Rio Linda Knights.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Christian Brothers Falcons (Sacramento, CA) in a Capital Valley match, on Tuesday, January 29. Oakmont will attempt to move on its 16-6 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 15-7 record after their 70-38 league win over Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA).
