The Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX) football edged the host Trinity Christian Trojans (Addison, TX), 7-0 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Friars face the Liberty Christian Warriors (Argyle, TX) in a TAPPS Division I District 1 bout, on Friday, October 1. Bishop Lynch will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 45-27 league loss to Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX).
