The Ogemaw Heights Falcons basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Sault Area Blue Devils to 43 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now sport a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pinconning for a non-league contest on Monday, January 11. Ogemaw Heights will battle a Spartans team coming off a 63-32 non-league loss to Oscoda (Oscoda, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.

The Blue Devils (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Petoskey (Petoskey, MI). The Northmen enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Petoskey nudged Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI), 70-30, in a league contest.
