Georgia High School Baseball - Towns County loses to Gilmer
February 25, 2017: Ellijay, GA 30540 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Gilmer Bobcats baseball team scored a nice 12-2 victory over the Towns County Indians.
The Bobcats (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Murray County (Chatsworth, GA). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Murray County was overwhelmed by Leon (Tallahassee, FL), 10-0, in a non-league game.
The Indians (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Tallulah Falls (Tallulah Falls, GA). The Indians go into the 8-A game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Tallulah Falls overcame Lake Oconee Academy (Greensboro, GA), 12-2, in a non-league game.
