The New Hope Trojans (Columbus, MS) baseball trounced the visiting Neshoba Central Rockets (Philadelphia, MS), 10-1 in Saturday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Trojans encounter the Lewisburg Patriots (Olive Branch, MS) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 29. New Hope will attempt to better on its 18-10 season record. The Patriots come into the contest with a 19-8 record after their 11-2 non-league win over Horn Lake (Horn Lake, MS).
