Tennessee High School Football - Warren County drops to White County
October 14, 2011: McMinnville, TN 37110 In Friday's league game, the White County Warriors (Sparta, TN) football team knocked off the host Warren County Pioneers (McMinnville, TN), by a final score of 42-24.
The Warriors (3-4) will now prepare for their game against York Institute (Jamestown, TN). The Dragons come into the non-league game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, York Institute was dropped by Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN), 37-8, in a league game.
The Pioneers now hold a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tullahoma for a non-league game on Friday, October 21. Warren County will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 34-21 league win over Shelbyville Central (Shelbyville, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-2.
