Minnesota High School Basketball - Simley overwhelms International School of Minnesota/Eagle Ridge Academy
December 29, 2011: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN) and the visiting International School of Minnesota/Eagle Ridge Academy Huskies (Eden Prairie, MN), saw Simley's basketball squad trounce International School of Minnesota/Eagle Ridge Academy by a score of 92-31.
With the victory, Simley improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to North (North St. Paul, MN) to battle the Polars in a Classic Suburban challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Polars come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. North won 54-52 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN)
Next up, the Huskies battle the Community of Peace Academy Tigers (St. Paul, MN) in a Eastern Minnesota challenge, on Saturday, January 21. International School of Minnesota/Eagle Ridge Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
