Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC) and the visiting McBee Panthers (McBee, SC), saw North Central's basketball squad hold off McBee by a tally of 58-51.

With the victory, North Central improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Lugoff-Elgin (Lugoff, SC) to play the Demons in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The Demons come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Lugoff-Elgin won 40-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Columbia (Columbia, SC)

Next up, the Panthers play the Lewisville Lions (Richburg, SC) in a A Region II challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. McBee will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
