In Saturday's non-league outing, the Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Monroe Area Hurricanes (Monroe, GA), by a margin of 77-56.

The Warriors (16-1) will now prepare for their outing against Eastside (Covington, GA). The Eagles go into the AAAA Region 4 outing with a 13-3 record. In their last outing, Eastside was trounced by Eagle's Landing (McDonough, GA), 76-49, in a league outing.
