The Visitation Blazers held off the visiting Holy Family Catholic Fire volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Blazers now have a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairmont for a non-league test on Saturday, September 12. Visitation will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Marshall (Duluth, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-2.

The Fire (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN). The Crusaders enter the Minnesota River test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Mayer Lutheran was nudged by Osseo (Osseo, MN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
