Texas High School Football - Eastern Hills succumbs to Brewer
September 4, 2009: White Settlement, TX 76108 The Brewer Bears thwarted the visiting Eastern Hills Highlanders football team by a count of 48-20 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Brewer upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bears travel to Wakeland (Frisco, TX) to confront the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Friday, September 18. The Wolverines enter the bout with a record of 1-0.
The Highlanders (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Springtown (Springtown, TX). The Porcupines enter the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Springtown defeated Hirschi (Wichita Falls, TX), 35-14, in a non-league bout.
