Michigan High School Basketball - Swan Valley routs Alma
January 27, 2009: Saginaw, MI 48609 In Tuesday's league outing, the Swan Valley Vikings (Saginaw, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Alma Panthers (Alma, MI), by a margin of 69-36.
The Vikings (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Freeland (Freeland, MI). The Falcons go into the Tri-Valley - Central outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Freeland was trounced by Shepherd (Shepherd, MI), 60-52, in a league outing.
The Panthers now own a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ovid-Elsie for a Tri-Valley - Central outing on Tuesday, February 3. Alma will clash with a Marauders squad coming off a 54-44 league loss to Hemlock (Hemlock, MI). The Marauders record now stands at 2-8.
