Florida High School Basketball - Liberty nips Apopka
November 26, 2014: Apopka, FL 32712 Liberty Chargers (Kissimmee, FL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Apopka Blue Darters (Apopka, FL), 51-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Chargers travel to Sebring (Sebring, FL) to play the Blue Streaks in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 29. The Blue Streaks go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Sebring won 76-58 in their recent non-league bout against Lake Region (Eagle Lake, FL)
Next up, the Blue Darters play the Lake Brantley Patriots (Altamonte Springs, FL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 29. Apopka will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 63-59 league loss to Lyman (Longwood, FL).
