The Central Lions basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Haralson County Rebels to 52 in the Lions league victory on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Douglass for a 4-AAA contest on Tuesday, January 22.

The Rebels (2-16) will now prepare for their bout against Business Engineering Science Tech (Atlanta, GA). The Eagles go into the 4-AAA bout with a 0-10 record. In their last bout, Business Engineering Science Tech was knocked off by Callaway (Hogansville, GA), 90-50, in a league bout.
