Magruder Colonels (Rockville, MD) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD), 42-6 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Magruder improves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD) to battle the Screamin' Eagles in a Montgomery County 2A/3A test on Friday, October 5. The Screamin' Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-4. Seneca Valley lost 32-3 in their recent league battle against Blake (Silver Spring, MD)

Coming up next, the Gladiators play the Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 5. Northwood will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record.
