Texas High School Basketball - Katy beaten by Lamar Consolidated
December 19, 2014: Katy, TX 77494 The Lamar Consolidated Mustangs knocked off the host Katy Tigers basketball squad by a margin of 54-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Westfield (Houston, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Westfield went down by Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX), 49-46, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Seven Lakes for a 6A Region III District 19 test on Friday, January 2.
